POSITION: Customer Service Representative

VISION OF THE ROLE:

The Customer Service Rep takes care of personal lines clients, consults new clients, pursues continuous education, and helps drive the retention and growth of Tucker Insurance Agency. Customer Service Reps must exemplify a consultative and service-minded approach to clients and prospects while developing extensive personal lines insurance knowledge covering homeowners, auto, and other personal lines products.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years customer service

- Willingness to pursue or renew Michigan General Lines or Personal Lines Property and Casualty Agent License

- High school diploma

- College degree a plus
